amazing stay, loved the details!

clean hotel fresh flowers great selection

I really enjoyed how clean the entire hotel was and the staff always worked hard to maintain it. I loved the fresh flowers in the lobby that added a lovely touch. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of items, so i found something new each morning i stayed.

i wish the hotel had more information about local activities available. it was difficult to find information about excursions or tours in the area. it might be good to have a concierge dedicated to that!

The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a selection of free weights. The main pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. guests can use a full-service spa with various treatments.

undertrained staff poor communication

the room was spacious.

The staff seemed undertrained. I often received multiple orders after long waits. repeated calls to confirm reservations became annoying. Communication among staff was poor. additionally, i saw no identification checks, meaning anyone could use the facilities.
